Whether you’re actually Irish or just want an excuse to drink Irish beer, you’ll need something in your stomach to soak up all the suds on St. Patrick’s Day. These St. Patrick’s Day recipes will definitely fit the bill. You can’t celebrate the Luck o’ the Irish without Bourbon Glazed Corned Beef. But if corned beef isn’t your jam, these Guinness Pork Ribs surely will be. Serve everything with a side of Mashed Rutabaga With Bacon And Cheddar Cheese (tastes just like mashed potatoes but without as many carbs), and end the meal with a mint green Mint Chocolate Trifle.
