HOW TO MAKE

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese 2 tablespoons dried parsley 2 teaspoon Italian seasoning 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon onion powder 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

FOR ITALIAN-STYLE BREADCRUMBS

1 teaspoon paprika 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper 1 teaspoon onion powder 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper 1 teaspoon oregano 2 tablespoon dried parsley 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes 1/2 teaspoon salt

FOR CAJUN-STYLE BREADCRUMBS

2 teaspoons dried minced garlic 2 tablespoon dried parsley 2 teaspoons Italian Seasoning 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Arrange several pieces of bread in a single layer on a baking sheet. Toast the bread for 10-15 minutes, stirring or flipping the bread halfway through, until the bread is crunchy. Allow the bread to cool completely.

Place the bread in the bowl of a food processor. Pulse until the crumbs reach your desired consistency. The longer you process the bread crumbs, the finer the crumbs will be.
