In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, ketchup, oil, mustard, Worcestershire, water and hot sauce. Whisk together until the mixture is smooth.
Add the salt, pepper, garlic powder, and pickle relish. Stir until the ingredients are evenly mixed throughout.
Refrigerate in an airtight container.
