Sausage and Peppers Sheet Pan Dinner
It doesn't get more convenient than quick and easy sheet pan dinners. Smoked sausage is seasoned with Cajun seasoning and roasted with green bell peppers and sliced onions.

Ingredients
2
(16 oz. each) smoked sausage links, cut into ¼ inch rounds
2
bell peppers
chopped
1
small onion
sliced into rings
2
garlic cloves
minced
2
tablespoons
olive oil
1-2
tablespoons
Cajun seasoning
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Arrange the sausage, bell peppers, onion rings, and garlic cloves in a single layer on a foil lined baking sheet.
Drizzle the olive oil over the sausage and veggies. Stir to coat.
Sprinkle the Cajun seasoning over the top. If you like spice, use more Cajun seasoning. Stir again.
Roast in the oven for 20 minutes until the peppers and onions are tender.
