Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
Toss the carrots in a large bowl with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and maple syrup
Arrange the carrots in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Work in batches if needed.
Cook for 10-14 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until carrots are tender and lightly caramelized.
Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley.
