Pumpkin Spice Chai Latte

Pumpkin spice chai latte is better (and cheaper) than anything you can buy at a coffee shop. This simple recipe combines chai concentrate with whole milk, maple syrup and pumpkin puree. Can be served hot or cold.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup chai concentrate
  • 3/4 cup whole milk
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
  • Whipped cream and a pinch ground cinnamon optional

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender. Process until mixture is smooth. 
  • Garnish with whipped cream and cinnamon if desired. Can be served hot or cold.
