GIN FIZZ

INGREDIENTS

Dry gin

Simple syrup

Fresh lemon juice

Fresh lime juice

2 ounces

3/4 ounce

1/2 ounce

1/2 ounce

Orange blossom water

3 dashes

Heavy cream

Fresh egg white

1 whole

1/2 ounce

Seltzer

Chilled

Add Ingredients to a Tumbler

Combine the gin, simple syrup, lemon juice, lime juice, orange flower water and egg white in a cocktail shaker without ice.

Shake

Shake hard for at least one minute.

Add heavy cream and ice

Shake for another 30 seconds until chilled.

Strain

Strain the liquid into a tall glass without ice.

Top with seltzer

Top the cocktail off with cold seltzer until the foam extends above the top of the glass.

Garnish the cocktail with a lemon slice. Serve with a straw.
