		<description>I adapted them as such:  used FF yogourt instead of sour cream, half butter and half coconut oil and half flour half quinoa flour.  Oh and I used turkey bacon and marble cheese.  They were super YUMMY!!!</description>

		<description>Instead of folding the ziplock over, try immersing it in a pot of water - forces nearly all the air out.  I saw this on the docks in Alaska - they called it the poor man&#039;s vacuum packer.</description>
